Installation Precautions

Mounting method

Use induction heater to expand inner ring uniformly. Maximum heating temperature limited to 110°C for standard bearing steel. Do not exceed 120°C to avoid tempering effects on hardness.

Shaft fit recommendation

For rotating shaft applications, use interference fit with f6 or m6 tolerance. For stationary shaft applications, use h6 or h7 transition fit. Housing bore tolerance recommended as H7 for split housings or P6 for solid housings.

Lubrication interval

Regrease every 1000 operating hours or three-month period under normal conditions. For ambient temperatures above 70°C, reduce regreasing interval to 500 hours.
