NJ200 Series bearings should be stored horizontally in a dry, vibration-free environment with a constant temperature. Relative humidity must be maintained below 60% to prevent atmospheric corrosion. Bearings must remain in their original VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) protective packaging until immediately before mounting.

Installation and Usage Notes

• Mounting Force: Always utilize a mounting sleeve or induction heater. Never apply impact force directly to the rollers or the rib of the rings, as this leads to cracked ribs or surface denting.
• Lubrication Selection: Ensure the lubricant matches the viscosity requirements of the operating speed and load. For grease-lubricated NJ200 bearings, do not overfill, as excessive grease leads to frictional heating.
• Alignment Verification: Precision alignment of the shaft and housing bores is critical; misalignment exceeding a few minutes of arc can cause concentrated edge loading on the rollers.
