The NF2200 Series Cylindrical Roller Bearings are high-capacity precision units designed to support heavy radial loads while accommodating axial displacement in one direction. Architecturally, the NF design features two integral ribs on the outer ring and a single integral rib on the inner ring. This configuration allows the bearing to provide axial shaft location and withstand intermittent thrust loads. Manufactured from high-carbon chromium steel (GCr15), the NF2200 series undergoes rigorous heat treatment to achieve a stabilized microstructure capable of operating under high-frequency vibration and rotational speeds. The internal cylindrical rollers are ground to logarithmic profiles to optimize stress distribution across the contact surfaces, effectively reducing edge stress and extending the operational life of the mechanical assembly.

Storage and Handling
The NF2200 Series bearings must be kept in their original VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) packaging until the moment of installation. Storage facilities should maintain a constant temperature between 15°C and 25°C with relative humidity not exceeding 60%. Bearings should be stored horizontally to prevent axial deformation over extended periods.
Installation and Usage Precautions
Mounting ForceAlways use a mounting sleeve or induction heater. Never apply direct impact to the rings or rollers, as this causes raceway denting (brinelling).
Lubricant CompatibilityEnsure the grease or oil selected matches the viscosity requirements for the calculated operating temperature and load conditions.
Shaft and Housing TolerancesVerify that the seating surfaces meet the ISO tolerance grades (e.g., k6 or m6 for shafts) to ensure the correct interference fit.
