LMB..LUU Series

The LMB..LUU series double-wide linear ball bearing is a high-performance mechanical component designed to withstand higher loads and provide smooth motion. Its unique double-width construction increases the bearing's stability and load-carrying capacity, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications. The shell of this series of bearings is made of high-quality materials, has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for use in various environments. Built-in rolling balls reduce friction and improve operating efficiency. Double-wide design

Increased length-to-diameter ratio provides higher load capacity and improved moment resistance compared to standard single-width linear bearings.

LUU sealing system

Equipped with dual lip seals on both ends, the LUU configuration effectively retains lubricant and prevents ingress of contaminants in transmission environments.

Ball circulation circuit

Precision-machined ball tracks and recirculation channels ensure smooth, low-friction linear motion with consistent rolling resistance.

Installation guidance

Press the bearing into the housing using a mounting tool that contacts the outer ring. Ensure shaft surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.2 µm for optimal performance.

Lubrication

Pre-lubricated with transmission-compatible grease. Relubrication interval depends on stroke frequency and environmental contamination level.

Storage

Store in original packaging in a clean, dry environment. Avoid exposure to solvents or extreme temperature fluctuations.

Shaft hardness

Recommended shaft hardness: 60-64 HRC for extended service life and consistent linear accuracy.
