The bearing is factory-filled with high-temperature grease and sealed with dual-lip nitrile rubber seals (2RS) to prevent ingress of dust, moisture, and debris commonly found in conveyor environments. Available in both inch and metric bore sizes, the MRC series offers direct interchangeability with existing roller designs. Operating temperature range spans -30°C to +120°C, suitable for continuous operation in warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities.

What is the recommended mounting method for MRC bearings?

Press the bearing into the roller tube using a mounting tool that contacts the outer ring only. Ensure the tube ends are deburred and clean before insertion. Use a press with controlled force to avoid damaging the seals or raceways.

How often should MRC bearings be relubricated?

MRC bearings are pre-lubricated for life under normal operating conditions. For high-speed or high-temperature applications, consult the manufacturer for relubrication intervals. Sealed variants should not be regreased as this can damage the seals.

Can MRC bearings be used in washdown environments?

Yes, stainless steel variants with enhanced sealing are available for washdown applications. Standard carbon steel versions are suitable for dry indoor environments only.

Storage
Store in original packaging in a dry, temperature-controlled environment. Humidity should not exceed 60% to prevent corrosion of precision surfaces.
